Red Tiki Xmas Cocktail Recipes
By popular demand (okay, mostly by the Slaves who wanted to try to replicate the cocktails at home) here are our Red Tiki Red Christmas Cocktails!
Sparkling Strawberry Punch
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 1/2 cup strawberry liqueur
- 250g strawberries, hulled, sliced
- 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup soda water, chilled
- 750ml bottle sparkling white wine, chilled
Method
- Place liqueur, strawberries, lemon slices and soda water in a jug. Stir gently to combine.
- Top with wine & consume merrily.

Raspberry & Key Lime Margarita
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 2 punnets of fresh raspberries
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup lime juice
- 2 cups tequila
Method
- Combine the raspberries and citrus juices in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Use a fine mesh strainer and a spatula to press the raspberry mixture through into a bowl to remove the seeds from the berries.
- Add the tequila, pour into a pitcher and pour into a salt-rimmed glass with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of lime & consume merrily.
